Prior to founding TIME, Patrick was a Vice President at Software Equity Group (SEG), a leading investment bank focused on sell-side M&A advisory for lower middle-market B2B software companies. Over seven years at SEG he closed 20 transactions totaling nearly $850M in Enterprise Value. His deal experience spans across a broad range of software product categories and sectors, including Real Estate, Supply Chain, Healthcare, and Education.
At TIME, Patrick leverages his deep software expertise, extensive network, and passion for helping founders to invest in and support early-stage businesses.
